Dehydrated spring onions are dried chopped spring onions which are used in instant noodles such as Ramen noodles and soups.

They are available as rolls, flakes, granules and powders

Dried spring onion rolls are manufactured from the top portion of fresh onions which are then sliced into rolls and dried.

It is off white to green in colour with a flavour typical of onion.

Dried spring onion is made from fresh spring onion, washed, sorted, trimmed, cut and air-dried.

Then optical sorting, multiple hand selection are conducted, prior to cutting or milling into the desired size.

Our dehydrated spring onion are available in different forms, such as rings/rolls, flakes, granules, minced and powder.

Our facility is FSSC 22000 & BRC certified operation.

Steam sterilization or irradiation can be added for microbiological reduction.
