Dehydrated kimchi flake is made of Chinese cabbage with several seasonings ( water, garlic, ginger, salt, chili powders….).

The percent : Chinese cabbage 75%; Seasoning 25%.

After fermention, it is cut and air dried.

Various cleaning processes to ensure no foreign material in our kimchi flakes.

It is rich in flavor and taste.

It can be eaten as a snack, you can add a couple of flakes in soups, use it on ramen noodles, a salad, or mixed with mayo or sour cream…

Cut into size: 15 mm, 10mm, 6 mm, granules.

For Korea market, the bulk pack is 15 kg / case. Customized acceptable.

Dried kimchi flake is Nont-GMO, Gluten Free, Halal certified.
