Cinnamon is a spice that is made from the inner bark of trees scientifically known as Cinnamomum.

The bark is peeled and laid in the sun to dry, where it curls up into rolls known as cinnamon sticks.

Cinnamon is also available in powdered form. ( Ground Cinnamon )

Our cinnamon sticks are also hand-selected for sweet flavor and aroma.

Application : Food sauces, chocolate, cakes, stir fries, soups, meats, vegetable dishes, breads
