Our dried celery stalk are cross cut and chopped from the celery stalk for more vibrant and diverse veggie flavors.

Fresh celery are sorted, washed, trimmed, removal of celery leaf, cut and air-dried.

Then various cleaning, sorting and food safety steps are conducted, prior to cutting or milling into the desired cut size. ( 5-7 mm in stalks )
