Dehydrated red bell pepper flake / diced red bell pepper are made from fresh and ripe red bell peppers through washing, sorted, trimmed, cored, cut and air-dried.

Then optical sorting, multiple hand selection are conducted, prior to cutting or milling into the desired sizes.

Diced red bell pepper with flake size approximately 3/8 inch or 1/4 inch.

Ideal for chunky soups, stews, and caseroles. Easily re-hydrate in a few mins and have the classic flavor of fresh red bell pepper.

Steam sterilization or irradiation can be added for microbiological reduction.

Dehydrated red bell pepper category is available as all natural, as well as Non-GMO, Gluten Free.

Dehydrated green bell peppers and dried bell peppers blend available.
