What is dehydrated carrot?
Dehydrated carrot is made from fresh carrots, sorted, washed, trimmed, blanched, cut and air-dried.
Sugar infused or without sugar.
Then optical sorting, hand selection are conducted, prior to cutting or milling into the desired size.
